This workshop provides an introduction to Specific Learning Disorders such as Dyslexia, Dysgraphia, and Dyscalculia, with a focus on dyslexia.
It provides clear accessible information about how these disorders affect the learning process, and what they might look like in the students you work with.
It tackles myths and confusing terminology, and arms participants with the key information they need to know about evidence-based strategies for supporting children with these disorders (and approaches to avoid).
This workshop is presented by Dr McLennan is a Clinical Psychologist who has worked with children who have learning and developmental disorders for 2 decades.
